Refund & Return Policy — veeraarts

All paintings sold on Veera Arts are original, one-of-a-kind pieces of art. Because each piece is handmade and unique, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or personal preference once an order is placed.

Damaged in transit:
If your painting arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at veerabharakhada@gmail.com, along with photos and videos of the damage and packaging. We will review each case and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Order cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled only if the item has not yet been shipped. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded, except under the damage policy above.

Wrong/incorrect item received:
If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours and we'll arrange the correct piece or a refund.
